Bug Fixes

Assorted bugs causes by reference objects not being linked properly, causing weirdness when they aren't passed between scenes, including an "Accidental Orgy" after combat phases in Hell when an exception caused all victory CGs to draw at the same time. Now the game should behave normally and you can have some sort of progression. Also built for Mac and Linux.
